Samsung Mob!lers

These Terms and Conditions govern your conduct associated with the Samsung Mob!lers Platform offered by Samsung at http://www.samsungmobilers.co.uk and referred to hereafter as 'the Platform'. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all of the following terms then please do not access and/or use this service.

As a User of the Platform you agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws, be it of your country or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification to your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these Conditions.

The Platform operates a moderation process. This means that any posts you submit to the Platform will not appear straight away. We do not guarantee that Users of the Platform will have any recourse through Samsung to edit or delete any content once submitted. Upon approval, posts will be awarded points which can be redeemed against the Samsung products listed in the Rewards tab on the Platform. The number of points awarded is at the sole discretion of the moderators and correspondence regarding changing the number of points awarded to a specific post will not be entered into. At times, it may not be possible to redeem your points against your first choice of Reward. In this eventuality, please contact samsung@spreadingjam.com for assistance.

With each submission of a post as a result of a mission or anything else for which a potential reward is given, please ensure that you state your involvement in the Samsung Mob!ler programme in the actual content, and link back to samsungmobilers.co.uk (if hyperlinking isn't available, please include the link in the text). Approval of posts may be delayed if these requests are not completed.

Occasionally you might find some content you don’t like or feel breaks these Terms and Conditions. Please report any content you disagree with to the moderators and they will be happy to review it for you. You can do this by emailing samsung@spreadingjam.com. We’ll review and take action as quickly as is reasonably possible.

Samsung reserves the right to remove, edit, move or close any items at any time should we see fit. Samsung reserves the right to remove or refuse to post any submission for any reason. You acknowledge that you, not Samsung, are responsible for the contents of your submission.

Samsung does not necessarily endorse, support, sanction, encourage, verify or agree with the comments, opinions or statements posted by Users of the Platform. Any information or material placed on the Platform by Users, including advice and opinions, is the view and responsibility of those Users and does not necessarily represent the views of Samsung.

For any content that you submit, you grant Samsung a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without compensation to you. This does not include content posted on third party sites and only applies to content hosted on the Platform.

None of the content that you submit shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of Samsung, its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners or third party service providers and their respective directors, officers and employees.

Posting any content that has an attached risk of prosecution for you or us, such as anything defamatory or breaking a copyright infringement is not allowed.

To use the Platform you need to register and set up an account. Please only use one account, as we may remove any accounts that appear to be duplicated or suspicious. We also request that you do not use any terms that others may find offensive in your Username. Your Username is how other members of the Platform will identify you. To avoid confusion please don’t use terms that misrepresent yourself or other Platform Users.

As a Platform User you agree to any information you have entered being stored in a database, this may be hosted on servers that are physically located outside of the European Economic Area.

By submitting your email address in connection with your registration to the Platform, you agree that Samsung may use your email address to contact you about the status of any Platform missions or events.
